It is beyond incompetence. I am not one for conspiracy theories, but this was so outrageously stupid that I can’t help but wonder if the murder of our ambassador and the three others was allowed to happen for some reason for which I can’t fathom.
When an administration intentionally tramples the US Constitution, rewards illegal activity, is so unbelievably screwing up the nation, attacks achievement, and lies constantly, there can be little thinking people can believe but that it may be intentional.

Here is one possibility that is entirely plausible given what we know at this point:
They have our arms.
We want them back before they blow up a plane with them.
We make a deal.
Give us the arms.
We give you the Blind Sheik (along with God knows what else)
To sell this to the American Public we have to stage a kidnapping.
It helps get Obama reelected. It serves a muliple purposes.
But as the whacko operation unfolds - it goes wrong - because you can’t trust a Muzzie.
I believe this CIA FUBAR involves missing arms and the Blind Sheik. Stevens and 3 others are collateral damage.
Perhaps the suddenly found Stevens journal was planted to shift focus to the the State Department.
