John Bolton says that it doesn’t fly for the White House to say they didn’t know about the security needs of Benghazi. He says of course they won’t be involved in the nitty gritty of hundreds of security decisions around the world, but Benghazi he says is very different:
But in a high threat mission where you’ve had evidence of Al Qaeda attacks against other missions, where for goodness sakes the Red Cross has withdrawn from Benghazi – the Red Cross that lives in the environment of war thought it was too dangerous – that’s something that the President, Vice President, and certainly the Secretary of State should be aware of ALL THE TIME.

No it wasn’t. This is a CIA FUBAR. It’s not about suppressing freedoms - although that would be a side bonus.
The CIA will use anyone and/or anything to achieve their goals.
As I have mentioned, in the past they had a porn film made by A List Hollywood to overthrow a dictator. It’s possible they were behind the latest film to create unrest, to create a cover, or other insidious goals.
Not to suppress freedoms - but for a larger international goal.

Senator Graham: Secretary of State Susan Rice? ‘Impossible’

Yesterday morning, I spoke to Senator Lindsey Graham about the Obama administration’s responsibility for — and reaction to — September’s embassy attacks. I asked him who was to blame.
“Suppose that Obama wins a second term. There’s been some talk of Susan Rice as a potential secretary of state. How would you feel about that?” I asked. “That would be virtually impossible,” Graham told me. “I tend to defer to presidential choice, but there are some lines that I will not cross. She’s either incompetent or untrustworthy — she’s one of the two. [Though] ultimately, I blame the president.”
Which one of the two explains why the administration’s account was so at odds with the growing evidence? I asked. Was it a deliberate political ploy — a cover-up, perhaps — or the inevitable symptom of the worldview held by the president and his team? The problem with Benghazi, Graham replied, “is that it doesn’t fit Obama’s narrative. He wishes to convey the idea that his administration has diminished al-Qaeda and ended the wars,” and that the “danger is now limited.” To listen to him is to get “the impression that al-Qaeda has been fatally weakened and the ball game is nearly over.” The problem, he continued, is that “bin Laden’s death has not changed anything strategically. We seem to think we are in the last two minutes of the game, but the enemy is getting ready for the second quarter.”

However, the reason team Obama went along with the film story was not to cover for the cia but to use it for their own agenda.
Otherwise, all team Obama would have done from the start is say it was being investigated and its being looked into.

Glenn Beck played an interview before 9/11/12 in which Obama appologized for his ignorance on how bad the economy was when he took office. I think this is a meme for him to claim ignorance and blame it on others. This makes me think even more that he is someone’s puppet. Keep him insulated from scandal, and the puppet and the puppet master stay in power. However, I think, I HOPE, they blew it this time.

This admin has a pattern from day one of doing audaciously illegal things with little to no cover story.
Just blatant lies.
They have the news media (most leaders of which are communists from their youth and hoping for communism to beat the U.S. for their whole life) to manage propaganda.
Since there is not yet a critical mass of citizens fed up enough to really get mad, the politicians just stumble on.
This admin could care less about getting weapons back; if one somehow is traced to the U.S. in the future no one would pay the price, it would just be a news item for about 1 day.
The real deal ? It’s a decades-long plan to erode American status. It’s not done all at once, but a small piece at a time. Politicians like Hellary and Zero are just foot soldiers, like the media.
Congress has no direct control over a large police force or military, so they have no sway over an Executive Branch that has been taken over by these idiot wannabee revolutionairies.
If we had true rule of law, when a Repub admin came in, they would prosecute all these numnuts for treason and hang them. But that’s not even the smart move, because that would use up too much political capital. It can’t be about specific people, it should be about reinstating communism, etc., as treasonous activities. The country then would need a complete housecleaning from the municipal level up to the Federal level.
The best direction would be to get rid of both “left” and “right” political parties, because left is actually treasonous in it’s core leadership; it plans on turning America into the USSR/Russia from the inside out. We should simply have 1-term citizen politicians who have a demonstrated history of improving their own moral character who just want to serve and go home. Career politicians are the problem. Citizen politicans who were solid intellectuals and real moral backbone would downsize government to it’s rightful size and keep it there.
All I see in the mideast is big business thinking they can “tame the savages” and turn them into customers (and muslims will magically “get along” with others). And seperate from that, hard line left wing intelligentsia (LWI) is hoping to see the growth of power in the mideast as a drain on American power. The LWI is trying to make things bad in America so the population, in it’s desperation, relies increasingly on the government and ultimately gives in to statism completely.
That is why the left is lie on top of lie, the core of their political-economic theory results in the taking of things from the masses instead of the giving of things to them, so in order to remain in power they need everyone to be in a state of denial.
If only some people inside the State dept, intelligence and white house would come forward before the election with some smoking emails.

Fast and Furious may have changed that.
CIA was helping to arm drug cartels and we are still in the middle of that investigation. Of course, they aren’t bringing the CIA to the table on that one.
There is definitely more to the Benghazi story and it involves the CIA.
Maybe that perp walk was not a perp walk. Perhaps it was to get him in protective custody and/or to convince him not to disclose any prior contact he may have with our agencies.
That video could very well have been part of some sort of operation in Egypt. What no one counted on was the attack in Benghazi which could have been the luck of the draw as far as timing goes or planned by someone who knew about an operation in Egypt.
It might explain why Patraeus was pushing the video excuse. The events in Egypt are unrelated. But we could have been caught with our pants down in Benghazi because of something bigger we had going on in Egypt.

I don’t know if they knew. General Petraus, the head of the CIA told Congress after the murders that it was caused by a protest over the you-tube video.
