Gotta disagree. There is no way that Ryan comes of as "young and inexperienced." He's already more than held his own with Obama....and Biden will self destruct without ANY help from Ryan.
Look, Biden is thinking..after the disaster of Obama's first debate, here's my big chance to shine, be a star.. save the ticket ( and, oh yeah..give myself a boost for 2016 no matter what happens next month.)

Biden is an idiot and a gaffe machine, but he actually does have some knowledge (more than his boss) and his brain cells might click into action for this one.
