Frank Luntz: Ive never seen anything like this; CBS post-debate poll shows big win for Romney
(Excerpt) Read more at twitchy.com ...
Funny thing is ... I didnt think Obama did that badly.
But I know Romney did *WELL*, because he finally got out there things I KNEW WERE TRUE but somehow got lost in the shuffle of the campaign.
Like the failed stimulus, like how we have so many unemployed, like the reasons why Obamacare sucks.
Obama said nothing new, and his attacks on Romney were completely and utterly demolished. Obama is reduced to complaining that Romney - Mr 89-page-plan and 5 point Plan and powerpoint this ... DOESNT HAVE ENOUGH SPECIFICS.
Funny, but I heard nothing but same old same old gibberish from Obama on HIS plan to cut the deficit (hint: he has none).
Phew! Weak!!!!
The dopes on the panel still think “bipartisanship” is the most important thing.
Obama was actually right about that. The Democrats won’t like Romney trying to repeal Obamacare. And no one should care. But unfortunately Romney didn’t even try to argue why he needs more Republicans to be elected in Congress to get his plans through.
They will claim the evil chair made by the freemasons did it, just like the evil gun did it.
Maybe the Obamaphone lady-babe will change her mind.... lol..
“Rush was absolutely right when he said most Americans were going to see Romney for the first time tonight where it wasnt via an Obama ad; that is the reason for the reaction Luntz is seeing. Nobody could run interference for The Sultan...”
Romney needs to double down on this and drive home his messages on Obamacare, Medicare, spending, deficit etc.
Excellent point!
not only has the emperor no clothes...
he’s not an emperor at all. he’s the man behind the curtain..
“That man is an impostor!”
” they are not necessarily stupid or uncaring about the country.”
I have to strongly disagree. They are both.
“hes not an emperor at all. hes the man behind the curtain..”
Perfect analogy. Well done.
It is really really funny watching the incompetence of the Obama campaign surrogates on display on the post Debate spin. They were so arrogantly certain of their man that they are out there mindlessly repeating the talking points they were given before the debate. It is painfully embarrassing to watch them fumble about trying to spin this disaster.
Although I beleive you to be correct at the same time I do think the people who are undecided at this point are morons.
Ok, so I have a double mind about it.
I saw that, and believe Obama was trying to look less radical by pretending he and Romney were on the same page.”
RIGHT. And it totally undercuts the ‘those radical extremist Republicans are taking aware healthcare’ because, well, somehow Obama and Romney are on the same page ?!?
Romney supports a bipartisan medicare reform while Obama is robbing it of $700 b. LOL. So much for ‘mediscare’!
Gracci. DC needs an enema!
Obama was channeling loser John McCain in this debate. Romney is 1000% better than McCain in debates so we have a fighting chance this time around
and when Obama looks bad something big always happens to deflect, distract, discount and demagogue
One thing is for sure, at this years press correspondence dinner Jim Lerher will get a milk crate to sit at at the back door.
Jim Lerher was suppose to be asking questions with skewed liberal promises, that’s the mainstream media’s oath. He may well be excommunicated if not burned at the stake.
Jim ole boy, your in a fix now, it’s time to start spending your days at the horse track. No book deal! No invite to Dan Rather’s house!
The liberals are now casting blame on Jim Lehrer and saying that Luntz’s focus groups are staged.
Mitt’s like the Tar Baby, and Obama’s like the Brer Rabbit getting his paws all stuck to the tar on the Tar Baby, and can’t get loose!
