Definitely CSPAN, and there’ll be a crawler announcing the time. I can’t watch or listen.

Debate proper is scheduled to start at 9 PM Eastern. CSPAN or similar, because there are no side commentators. You get to listen and form your own opinion without the unhelpful helpers.
