I wonder if the connection may not be Jamie Houghton, who was CEO of Corning Glass at the time and has also long been involved at the top levels of insider Harvard Alumni. He headed the searches for the last two Harvard Presidents, and nominated them to the Harvard Board of Overseers. So he may well also have had ties to someone who was a prominent professor at Harvard Law School.
Pure speculation, but it wouldn’t surprise me if that’s what happened.
Unfortunately, this will not affect her one iota with the vast majority of women under 40 who “vote their body parts.” After all, she is one of their own.

All these Godless humanists earth-worshippers are. They make up “Good and Evil” on what “feels” good—and so they indulge in all their base instincts.
