Clinton said that the State Department’s Accountability Review Board will begin work this week and the letter revealed the names of all five board members. In addition to former Deputy Secretary of State Thomas Pickering, who will lead the board, the other members will be former Joint Chiefs Chairman Adm. Mike Mullen (ret.), Catherine Bertini, Hugh Turner, and Richard Shinnick.

Clinton asked Issa to withhold any final conclusions about the Benghazi attack until the review board finishes its work and reports to Congress, which could come as early as November or as late as early next year. She pledged to work with Issa’s committee and asked him to submit any requests for information or witnesses at hearings to the State Department’s Office of Legislative Affairs.

How’s the Accountability Review Board going to get to the bottom of what happened when the FBI still can’t get access to the crime scene? The news tonight from Reuters is that the State Department’s still negotiating with the Libyan government to get people in there, nearly three weeks after the attack. Even the locals can’t quite believe the foot-dragging:

Hillary has already announced that she is done as SOS in an Obama second term (& for sure she’ll be “done” if Romney wins). SO ... her goal is to try to get out of this SOS job without having to resign in disgrace which would affect her political future, should she decide she does want to run for President or whatever. She is putting everything off as long as she can ... then voila, she’ll be gone as she previously stated. No harm, no foul, right? /s I don’t care how hard he pushes, I don’t think Issa will get answers before the election.

Darrell Issa could issue a Contempt of Congress warning to Hillary Clinton if she does not co-operate in this investigation in a timely manner.

In the meantime, Hillary Clinton stonewalls on Issa asking for co-operation in this investigation in the security at the US Embassies.
In the meantime, Nancy Pelosi blames the Republicans for blocking $ 300 million for funding for security in Libya.

The new media needs to do some research and find news articles on proof that this Administration had the necessary funds to provide sufficient funding for beefing up security at those US Embassies.
The Obama Administration from a Washington Post article asked for $ 1.5 Billion in funding to give to the Libyan rebel alliance in Libya back in 2011.

Obama will again assert Executive Privilege on any info they don’t want out ... another lawsuit will be required & they won’t even have the papers to the courthouse before she’ll have stepped down.
