These are not “Provisional”.. they can ask a voter for ID but they must give them a regular ballot even if they decline to provide ID.

I’m saying they should be, not that they are.
It would be no more difficult for them to do it the right way,
but the judge is choosing the way that facilitates democrat vote fraud the best.

We used to vote on ancient lever machines and went to electronic machines a few years ago. I'm not sure if the provisional ballot would've been in paper form.
