Take a look at the internals of any poll on the presidential race, and it will show the same thing: Men prefer Republican candidate Mitt Romney by a significant margin, while women prefer President Obama by a similar margin. This presents both a challenge and an opportunity for the Romney campaign, as they seek to woo more women to support their candidate as Election Day draws nearer.
According to Resurgent Republic, a conservative organization that conducts polling and focus groups, Team Romney may have created an ad that does exactly that.

Many women vote on looks. He’s got leading man looks in that commercial.
That’s a very solid commercial.
Sure hope it runs a lot.
I’m far from a typical voter, but I think that’s a very effective ad. No B.S., no nonsense, no theatrics ... just plain talk aimed at Americans who “can’t afford another four years like the last four.”
No. I’m sick of hearing Romney give Obama passes.
I like the commercial. It’s too bad that so many ditzy, ignorant women are allowed to vote.......makes it look bad for the rest of us. I wouldn’t care if a candidate had a wart as big as a baseball on his or her nose as long as they could get us out of the hellova mess we’re in right now!
Men don’t get ‘attractiveness’ from a female point of view.
It’s not based on looks, the way a man views a woman.
It’s based on tone of voice, facial expressions, message, body language and eye contact. (A fat, ugly guy can get a cute girl if he figures this out.)
By that measure, this was a very ‘attractive’ ad for women. Romney did a great job and he needs about ten more of these ads to air over the next month. If he can nail it like this many times, he’ll connect with voters and win this election.
Obama always looks and sounds exasperated or irritated.
Now this is from someone who fought Romney in the primaries, swore not to vote for him in this election after he won the primaries and grudgingly decided to vote for him just to vote against Obama two months ago.
This ad actually did make me soften my stance against the man (plus reading about his personal giving to charity over the last week) and now I don’t feel so bad about pulling the lever for this politician RINO.
VERY effective.
I do think Mitt should do more ads when he is doing the talking. Those seem to be the more effective ads.
That ad needs to start playing in Ohio in heavy rotation NOW!!!
On all of those counts, 0bama is repugnant, smarmy, insincere, robotic, disingenuous, and effeminate.
Are you trying to tell us that a majority of American women are attracted to that?
Saw this ad for the first time this evening here in No. Virginia.
I actually stopped and listened to it.
Very effective.
I can’t for the life of me figure out why any woman would like Obama’s looks.
That jug eared, purple lipped obviously homo is repulsive to me.
BO also LOVES himself and is the most arrogant public person I”ve ever seen.
Thank God it’s running then. Hopefully will start running in Ohio, PA etc.
There is no magic advertisement that is going to win it for Romney.
The only thing that will win it for Romney is Romney himself — a Romney that stops letting Obama and the state-run media define him, and defines himself.
The only Romney that will win is a Romney that lays the last 4 years at the feet of Obama, and makes him own it — with no apologies or equivocation.
And then Romney has to offer a genuine alternative — not vague platitudes. He has to run a Reagan campaign, not a Dole or McCain campaign.
I’m a guy. The first thing I noticed was his teeth, sort of a half-smile position. Seemed like he was going to break out into a big smile at any moment. I can see where a pleasant smile is likable.
But seems a really odd facial manner when talking about struggling families, lack of jobs, lousy economy, etc.
Good and hard.
Ad: Do you like waking up in the morning to go to your job that is barely hanging by a thread, while Obama's failed policies are hurting Americans?
THIS is the typical Obama voter. And run snippets of the Obamaphone woman, OWS losers, Chris Matthews' salivation, etc.
