She pointed this out in the update, but said that this dealer (Sportsmen’s Warehouse) will not sell unless it comes back approved.
If this is the same "Sportsmen's Warehouse" that closed multiple stores in a business consolidation a few years ago, then I'd say they're overdue for another consolidation for poor business practices and overall ignorance of the realities behind the NICS. The store they had in Oklahoma City was good for firearms and general sporting goods so I was bothered when they closed it. It was a good alternative to Bass Pro Shops as far as a "big box" sporting goods store. Of course, there's always Academy, too.
One more reason not to buy from them (not that I do).
