Exactly. Its like every other federal program that's been left to grow unchecked for decades. I don't have any problem with its original intent but the misuse is obviously out of control and blaming it on Obama isn't going to fix anything.

For the life of me, I don’t understand why there aren’t better controls. I don’t think there is any lack of government audits.

If the guy with the video camera can catch all this fraud, why can’t the auditors? I know part of it, is the unwillingness to share data, and to run stings.
