And exactly who would support the enforcement of such measures? Do you believe our military would support the oppression of the American people? We are not a third world country yet.
Maybe the real question should be, "is THE ONE prepared to gracefully step down from the throne? If not what is he willing to do hold on to power?"
I suspect he would have the military so engaged in an international and/or national emergency that they would be too busy to be concerned about an election for a long time. To even talk about the possibility of a coup would be considered treason, wouldn't it?
(Oh wait, to even suggest that Obama may be ineligible is tinfoil hat material according to the MSM, Obots, RINO's, etc. Hasn't Obama spent several million dollars on legal fees to squelch the birth control issue? Sorry that just makes me more suspect that something is there that I need to know.)
As for the election, I suspect many would not want to change horses in the middle of the stream, if for example, Iran/Israel gets all wobbly. At least that's the way things worked out for FDR in WWII. It was FDR whose policies helped wreck the economy and gave us the weakest military just when we needed to be the strongest.
I don't believe that we mere mortals can fathom the depths that those whose consciences have been so warped by the perks of power and a divine calling are capable of committing. (Yes, I'm still talking about Obama.)
Of couse, if things get crazy in the good old USA, the MSM will put on their best face to make it look like the Tea Party is the most dangerous organization to freedom and "democracy" in America.
By the way, you may want to consider reading some interesting articles posted with associated keywords: cw2 and cwiiping. Matt Bracken has some very well thought out what-if scenarios.
"The Perfect Day by LTC Dave Grossman, USA, ret." posted yesterday makes me wonder about how much of a "pile on" effect there might be here at home if for example, Iran puts things in motion. How many little Osama wannabes are here just waiting for such a day?
