I have a question....hope someone can answer it. We Christians talk about Jesus coming to the defense of Israel. The Jews don’t believe in Jesus. So what do they believe?
God will deliver the Jews anyway. This is because of God’s promise to Abraham. And for no other reason.
From my understanding, Jews believe they are the chosen people of the bible and there will be a Messiah (Christ) that will come as has been prophesied.
They simply do not accept Jesus as that Messiah.
Please correct me if I am mistaken.
God told us that they would be brought back to the land in unbelief (in Jesus as Messiah), and that is their current situation. The imminent seven-year Tribulation period, which is the final seven weeks of years spoken of in Daniel's 70th week prophecy, is the last week of the Law that God promised the Jewish people and it will be during that time that God prepares them, through horrific testing during which many will die, to receive the blessings He has promised them which will find their ultimate fulfillment during the thousand-year earthly reign of Christ.
God will come to the defense of His people during both the Psalm 83 and Ezekiel 38 and 39 wars; however, He will use the Antichrist during the Tribulation to purify His people and bring them to the end of themselves and to the point where they will finally accept their true Messiah, Jesus Christ.
