He and his ilk consider the " Defense Budget " as a deficit that we don't really need.... it's just those peskey Republicans are keeping him from taking deep cuts in the " Defense Budget "... opps, Media speak, Defense deficit.

The Obama administration has transitioned into that well-worn, well-proven mechanism adopted by the former Soviet Union for all those decades. The famous “Five Year Plan”....

Only Obama’s Plans are just 4 years. The trick is every 4 years a new “Plan” (often just like the previous one but now having to make up for compounded losses) is announced, and the failures of the previous ones are subsumed to the irrelvant trash heap of history.

A full blown move into Socialism using a bit of Fascism here and there to bring down capitalism until the Socialist army of leeches and entitlement ‘citizens’ has been fully consolidated.
