A prominent black pastor, upset over the direction the Democrat Party has taken, is asking Christians to change political affiliations.
Bishop E.W. Jackson of S.T.A.N.D. (Staying True To America's National Destiny) has launched a project called "Exodus Now," which calls for a "mass exodus of Christians from the Democrat Part."
"We believe that the Democrat Party has shown itself to be anti-Christian, anti-Bible, anti-family, anti-life and anti-God, and it's time for Christians to come out," Jackson explains. "We are focusing particularly -- not exclusively, but particularly -- on black Christians who in our view have been held captive by the Democrat Party with a tissue of lies."

There are more upright, hard-working black people of strong Christian faith that are disappointed in the liberal / leftist and Godless takeover of the Democrat party than most would believe. I too used to be Democrat and changed my voting to Repubkican candidates for this very reason. I’m thinking this coukd be a surprise swing vote that O hasn’t anticipated.

Whereve you been the last forty years, pastor?
I hope you won't be so hard on the bishop and those like him. Every Christian in every generation has had to deal with when to leave and when to stay, in any institution with which they have been active or affiliated. Sometimes, it is worth staying to try to turn it around. Sometimes it is best to abandon the institution immediately. And sometimes, the Christian just simply feels as if the Lord has a place for him or her there. The Bible is full of illustrations of men and women staying the course, until they either died there, or the Lord led them away. The Apostle Paul went on to Rome, the most anti-Christian place in the world at the time. I rather suspect he knew he was going to die there.

I saw a Black guy with a bull horn on a Baltimore street corner yesterday shouting "NO-BAMMA" and "Don't be fooled again". Had a large group of the Sisters with him. A news truck was on the next corner.
Prolly waiting for a shooting.

CALLING ON CHRISTIANS TO LEAVE DEMOCRATIC PARTY You mean both of them? No kidding. Anyone who watched the Rat convention and witnessed the vote to reinstate the word 'God' in the platform should get a clue.
To: lasereye
Actual Christians left the Democrat Party long ago.

Here’s a sign I’d like to get made and placed in front of Catholic Churches frequented by Hispanics:
Obama odia a los Catolicos (Obama hates Catholics).

I wish that was true but there are real Christians who are Democrats. Many blacks are Christians.

No, they are not. They just claim [pretend] to be. One cannot be a true Christian and subscribe and approve what the Democrats promote and advocate. The murder of the unborn and partically born for one.
When I registered to vote,I registered as a Democrat. When the Democract began promoting abortion and the homosexual agenda, I left. They, if they are Christians, have the option to do the same thing.

Yes, I will say this phrase. I must admit that Mark Levin put this seed in my head.
