Why would anyone be surprised that Obama named a former Taliban member’s lawyer as the #3 in the Justice Dept.? As recently as a year ago, the #3 person in the Justice Dept. (and #2 on an acting basis) was Neal Katyal, who had become famous by acting as an al Qaeda member’s lawyer.
Exhibit A why he needs to GO, no matter the quality of his RINO replacment.
