Seriously? Obama Tells Time: Like Mitt, I Take My Faith Seriously

Pardon the delay, but this Time magazine interview with Obama for the September 10 edition has to be quoted. Time’s Michael Scherer only asked process questions about why the Republicans haven’t come along with Obama. But Scherer ended with “I wonder if you could point to a couple of other things in his record and things he has accomplished that you actually admire. “

Jaws should drop as Obama said he appreciates Romney’s commitment to participating in church, just as Obama.....does? He likes that Romney “walks the walk,” and no one questions if Obama does a lot more walking on the golf course than at church:

OBAMA: I think he takes his faith very seriously. And as someone who takes my Christian faith seriously, I appreciate that he seems to walk the walk and not just be talking the talk when it comes to participation in his church.

Then he said they have fundamental differences on how to grow an economy – as if Obama has demonstrated any skill at that. The arrogance is amazing as Obama says “the facts” are on his side, and the election is over whether the voters will opt for “the facts,” or accept Republican fictions:

When he canceled National Day of Prayer, I thought there stands an antichrist, if not THE antichrist. He has tried to removed every vestige of the true God from this country.

I've actually heard him say this country is no longer a Christian country, that it is all religions including a Muslim country. He so wants to destroy this country and turn it into a totally Muslim/Islamic country. Accept Islam or you die.

I've never seen such evil operate out in the open so we knew it.

I will be 80 on Oct. 6, and he is the most evil in my cognitive lifetime.

Obama is someone who knows there is a God....and is working to undermine our faith in God.

I thoroughly agree with the second part but am convinced that the first part is in error.Osama's a *very* skilled liar (remember Bob Kerry's remark about BillyBob? "Bill Clinton's an unusually good liar...unusually good") and that skill,combined with a natural inclination to believe in God's existence and difficulty understanding those who don't,could certainly explain your erroneous assumption.

The radical "atheist" Madalyn Murray O'Hare, the woman responsible for removing prayer from school, by her own son's admission, truly hated God, but used atheism as a front.

Obama has no clue what biblical Christianity is.

Unfortunately, his opponent has devoted his entire life, 10s of millions of dollars of his personal fortune, and has been a crusading missionary to destroy Christianity and Christian souls, even on a one on one basis, religion is best left out of GOP arguments.
