another good reason to stop all funding to these nations. Lets find another way to help feed and clothe the poor in these countries without going through their governments.

Why?
Personally, I think we should cut off ALL forms of aid to these savages. Let them sink or swim. Why do we continue to give them handouts while they are killing our people?
Bottom line: They hate us. Doesn’t matter how much we grovel or how much money we throw at them. They will always hate us. They will always stab us in the back. This country has to stop being a chump.

That would be a problem. Al Qaeda, the Russians, Iran, etc would like that very much.
We need to do our presence differently. Our people should NEVER be harmed by rules that handicap their safety.
The lawyers that tell/restrict our military folks what to do, should be the tripwire for any hostile action against us. Let the folks making the rules of engagement be the first to suffer any negative side effects.
Those our sons, daughters, moms and dads over there. They MUST be protected as robustly as possible.
The purpose of the "feeding and clothing" of official foreign aid is to secure goodwill, and with it basing rights, port privileges, access to intel, and so forth for the military, so our military will always be in position to protect trade routes, bottlenecks, canals, working diplomats and American civilians as the freely go about the business of trade, friendship, ...or in the case of a few, as they go about snooping and looking for potential threats before such threats show up on our shores, etc.
