Actually, the guy was in prison in 2011 for Federal bank fraud charges. Apparently ripped off Wells Fargo to the tune of thousands.
It seems the terms of his probation included the fact that he wasn’t allowed to use a computer or the internet for five years from his release.
If he’s the individual who posted the video online, then he violated the conditions of his parole.
And if he made the video, handed it to a friend, and the friend posted it, then he didn't violate parole.
Wow, he rips Wells for a few grand and gets a felony. Wells/Wachovia launders mountains of drug money and gets fined...
