Democrat appointments.
Law Schools which are run by leftists.

The solution is to vote out all judges.

FL is finally a solid R legislature. Voting out ALL their judges would open the door for real conservative apointments. The fl bar is openly campaigning to protect the leftists.

Van Hollen Statement on Dane County Court Decision: ""We believe that Act 10 is constitutional in all respects and will be appealing this decision. We also will be seeking a stay of Friday's decision pending appeal in order to allow the law to continue in effect as it has for more than a year while the appellate courts address the legal issues."

(For non-Wisconsinites, "van Hollen" is not a rock cover band, but Wisconsin's attorney general J.B. van Hollen)

Is there anywhere I can read the source text for this without all of the elipses?

I'll see if I can dig up a copy of the letter.

Really? When is the last time a sitting judge was impeached or not re-elected? Especially in Dane County?

I think the answer to that is ......mmmmm just about zero. DemoRATs certainly don't have any problems or issues with ignoring rulings that go against them. I wish that Walker would tell this peon county court judge to GTH, and continue to enforce the law as it was passed.

Our country is at war with those socialist RAT bastards who want to destroy our country, and empowered by 95% of the judges who themselves are are socialist liberal RAT bastards. It's time to clean house, by force if necessary, and get rid of the current crop of judges, county, state, federal. Most of these judges would rival & even exceed their counterpart judges in Soviet Russia during the Lenin/Stalin/Kruschev years for corruption & evil satanic rulings.

I'm calling the WI governor office tomorrow and am going to tell them to tell Walker, to issue an executive ruling against this illegal ruling by Dane County peon court judge. I can't do much, but at least I can yell & holler if necessary.

You’re entitled to your opinion, however the governor will not be ignoring the court order, he will appeal it.

And I’m glad you noticed that democrats get elected in democrat areas, including democrat judges. That’s how it works.

However, I believe republicans still control your supreme court, and that’s why we need republicans to win elections at all levels.
