Gallup and Rasmussen diverge periodically. Gallup is still looking at registered voters and still absorbing the fallback from Obama’s post convention bounce (they average over seven days vs. rassmussen’s three days). The important point is that Gallup is heading back towards Rasmussen.

Registered voters may think they are until they get to the polls and find out that the voter fraud laws in some states have kicked in and illegals, felons, and those voting in multiple states have become “unregistered.”
And yes, the GOP should be proud to suppress the votes of illegal voters in the finest tradition of defending the sacredness of the ballot.
