would it be safe to presume that they would be going after the guy on charges similar to yelling fire in a movie theater? an intent to incite a riot or mahem?
Doubtful...since the movie does not tell anyone to riot, rape, and murder.
More likely this is a threat and intimidation by the US Gov...unseemly and unconstitutional.
