The MSM reports that the unknown 6 months old flick was posted in Arabic on youtube.
Google moderates all posts of your tubes - but left that one up.

I think the point is Google owns Youtube. Which means that post has to have earned some kind of hyperbole award.
Okay, maybe in some formal sense, since the only place it’s available is YouTube, Google “released it” to the world, but not really. Whoever posted it to YouTube released it to the world using Google’s publicly usable video-hosting site.
Now, perhaps one can make something of the irony that a company which supports Obama is acting on behalf of unrestrained free speech and free press in this way, but that’s about it.
