Egypt’s just come out of the closet, it’s just a difference of degree.

There’s an old saying, often used by journalists covering diplomatic events — that the enemy of your enemy is your friend. It’s BS. An enemy is always an enemy.

Assad’s an enemy. The longer he fights back, the more dead muzzies, and that’s good. But ultimately, choosing Assad (or back at that time, choosing Saddam) means choosing an enemy of the US. The key to destroying Islam — which is a worthwhile goal — is to make sure the muzzies keep killing each other.
