The joke of the day was Dick Durban on Fox news. Bret asked him why Obama didn’t do what he wanted when he had majorities in both houses.

Durban replied that Teddy Kennedy was sick most of the time and couldn’t come to the floor to vote.

And, he added, Robert Byrd had to be wheeled in to vote!
