The yacht was the Cracker Bay, registered in the Cayman Islands; their civil yacht ensign is based on the British Red Ensign (like Bermuda's flag); and government vessels in the Caymans fly Blue Ensign, copying British usage. RMS Titanic, as a Royal Mails ship, flew the Blue Ensign.
