I think it takes about 15 tons of paper applications to the EPA and a bunch of other agencies to ask for approval. The review process should take about 5 years.

They went ahead without permission? Life in prison for whoever took the sand.

It’s OK, the Army Corps of Engineers spent $60 million replacing the missing sand. They should send the bill to the DNC.

There is an exemption from the ecological rules if the sand is used for religious purposes./S
