AP = American Pravda.
That’s right the country is not more in debt and not losing jobs.. It’s all a big lie.
:eye roll:
This was a tweet among many disputing this. Check twitchy too.
RYAN: "The stimulus was a case of political patronage, corporate welfare and cronyism at their worst. You, the working men and women of this country, were cut out of the deal."
THE FACTS: Ryan himself asked for stimulus funds shortly after Congress approved the $800 billion plan, known as the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
They're saying that Ryan shouldn't play the game the way the rules ended up, because he was against the rules that were made.
That's like saying that the Cardinals shouldn't use a designated hitter when playing in Texas Stadium, because the Cardinals don't like the DH rule.
If they rule that the trough is open, then you are NOT a hypocrite if you go feeding, even if you voted to close the trough.
I dunno. Spending what? $60 billion, maybe upwards of $100 billion of the taxpayers' money to create a company with market cap of $33 billion does not particularly strike me as sound financial policy. Revitalized? Sort of like welfare recipients are 'revitalized' on the third of every month.
I often wonder how the AP and the rest of the MSM plan to regain their credibility once Obunghole is out.
Does anyone believe these ‘fact check’ things anymore? On either side, but particularly with the DNC Press issuing releases for the Obama campaign?
Good. There is a direct relationship between the effectiveness of anything the Romney/Ryan campaign does and the frequency, anger, volume and shrillness of the MSM’s negative analyses. This measure beats polls any day.
Does anyone other than the "pencil necks" themselves, take them seriously? Especially with their petty claims, weak sources, and stretches. I do not like to be told what is and is not important to an issue. I like to decide myself, not listen to people with questionable motives.
The MSM also claims that it is objective and unbiased. Ha ha!
Since when does AP care about “short cuts”? LOL This is the best they have.
Walker handled himself well on the “facts”, showing disdain for the MSNBC goblins that attacked him about this after Ryan’s speech. It was surreal to watch as they gang banged on him. Why they allow themselves to be interviewed by anyone there is beyond me. Priebus was called a liar and racist by Matthews just a few days ago and yet they subject themselves to this treatment. Condi handled herself well under attack too. That womanly man at MSNBC leading the charge dedicated many a show to cast aspersions on Walker when he was being recalled and during that election process and he still took to the mike to be abused. Boggles my mind. He is a better man than I to tempt fate, but he clearly stood his ground but nevertheless I am sure she will dedicate more shows and use his words and pound the word liar upon him over and over.
"Ryan himself voted for an auto bailout under President George W. Bush that was designed to help GM, but he was a vocal critic of the one pushed through by Obama that has been widely credited with revitalizing both GM and Chrysler."
The second sentence has no bias at all, right? No agenda there.
First, the GM bailout under Bush was after the Obama election, and was done (much to my chagrine) at Obama's urging. Stupidly, the GOP bought into it, and laid the ground work for justification in later bailout.
Secoondly, stating that it was the SECOND bailout that 'worked' is a stretch, and pure Obama-propaganda.
NONE of these are disputed, its just spin. The AP can bite me
The donkeys down at the Ass. Press are getting worried. Who is “fact checking” the Ass. Press?
If this came from a reputable news source I might take notice, but since it’s the ap ..............
WHAT republican idiot(s) allowed CNN and MsNbc to host the republican convention.?.
Must be a shill(s) for the democrats.......
More biased coverage you could not get..
Even CSPAN was very weak in coverage..
Stupid article. Nothing but an “I know you are but what am I” nonsense.
