That solves the scholarship issue and accessing higher education. That is certainly a plus for the students in your state. Do many government schooled children take advantage of this opportunity? What about homeschoolers?
What about joining the military? Are they discriminated against for not having an official high school diploma?
Not as far as I know. I just pay for a transcript of our work and credits are attached.
