I just read a blog that says a FRC poll has Akin back in the LEAD over whatsherface. If he wins, the RATS will have a very difficult time spinning it. I just wonder if the GOP will welcome him back into the fold.

I think you have it backwards. Why would he want to associate with them after they revealed their true motives and intentions?

The GOP needs to be on their knees begging him to come back, if he wins.

The GOP has already established what they are, it's the price that needs to be negotiated now.
