Mark Levin is clearly not happy with Akins decision, saying that he put himself over that of the country at a time when we are trying to win the Senate with the country at stake. And how we have to try and win the Senate with a weaker, wounded candidate who did it to himself.
But at the end of the day Levin says we still have to fight to beat McCaskill and if its with Akin, then so be it we must support him.

Aiken is a strong candidate will win this race by a mile and will be a strong advocate for Life and the face of the Pro Life Movement in Washington
....ahh, how does it feel to be the voice of reason in a swamp of bone chilling cowardice and treachery? Finally a sane comment. The strength of the evil abortionists trying to take down a conservative who demanded Dems vote on tax increases seems to be at an alltime high. I predict Aiken will win by a bigger margin in his district than Romrino...

Okay, we all know that Mark is one of the strongest conservative voices. He teaches us much about the Founders and the Constitution. His credentials are solid. Im waiting to hear all those voices show up here and call him a sellout
...lov ya Doug, but as much as I enjoy Mark’s books, what do you think explains his refusal to even discuss 0baMao’s illegal forgeries, Arpaio’s investigation, the false SS #s, etc? Don’t know if he’s a sellout, but he really moderates his views on uncomfortable facts... what, to get a bigger audience...sell more books...protect syndication??? Why won’t he ask the hard questions if he supports the Constitution and the Founders. He mostly disappoints cause he won’t touch real controversies...

Akin’s the proverbial turd that won’t flush.
:(
“Let us obey are Liberal masters and dump Akin. “
Wake up... the Liberal masters WANT AKIN IN!
Liberal McCaskill paid to get Akin to win and now is whining about dumping him.
There you go again.
You and your pesky facts! /s
Exactly.
"A wise man makes his own decisions, while an ignorant man follows public opinion." ---Chinese proverb
ABSOLUTELY!!!!
Mark Levin is in no position to chide anyone about choosing himself or the country. Levin had the expertise and the platform to challenge Obama's legitimacy but chose to hide under his bed and proactively ignore the issue.
So who selfishly chose to benefit himself rather than the country? The answer is Mark Levin.
So let's keep beating him up to make it even more difficult. Sounds like a plan.

Wake up and smell the coffee.
In politics loyalty lasts until the new batch of polling data comes in.
Grow up/ This is how the real world operates. Resistance is futile.

How many times have black voters stood LOYALLY by their stupid-sound-bite-uttering candidates and sent them back to City Hall or Congress.
Answer: A LOT of times.
Maybe you could learn something from them.
I’m much too pragmatic for that.
I agree with Coach Lombardi.
“Winning isn’t everything, its the ONLY thing.”
People forget this pearl of wisdom from Ronald Reagan.
“We should always support the most ELECTABLE conservative candidate.”
Todd Akin is no longer electable, and his remaining in the race is just the height of hubris.
u r right. don’t understand y the pubs kick the wounded. we are supposed to be Christians, and rehabilitate. every thing i have read about him has led me to believe he is an honest christian man
i don’t believe that throwing him under the bus is the best response.
blessings, bobo
You offered an honest rebuttal.
Nonetheless, I for one do not concur.
On this issue, at least, we will simply need to agree to disagree, as we have each offered our case without convincing the other.
I will continue to support Akin.
