“...I wouldn’t go so easy on ol’ Joe...”

I hear you, but... Death and grief do strange things to people. Changes the way you act, behave, think, react...

While I can - and will - still see him as “the other side” and someone to be defeated, I see things a little differently now re his behavior.

From the political perspective, He’s definitely on “Lord Voldemort’s” side and needs to be defeated ASAP.

But from a human perspective regarding personal tragedy...well, a prayer for his eyes to open up and whatever wounds he has inside to heal seems to be in order.

Maybe if his soul gets right, the rest of him would follow..I don’t know.

At the end of the day, we’re all affected by the things that happen to us during the course of our lives. We all take damage. How we respond to it, and either turn it into a strength - or let it magnify our weaknesses - is the thing we need to face.

Unfortunately, he seems to have let it bring out something nasty - re the lie about how it happened.

Biden has been a weird and creepy guy almost from the get-go. The death of his first wife, Neilia, and baby daughter occurred right after his narrow victory over GOP incumbent Caleb Boggs in December 1972. He came close to doing the most adult thing in his life and resigning before he was sworn-in (in order to care for his two remaining toddlers, one of whom, Beau, is now the Attorney General of Delaware).

He’s had a bizarre (and slanderous) narrative claiming that a drunk trucker killed his wife and daughter when it was, in fact, her driving error that caused the accident, pulling out in front of the truck. He also made some other rather strange comments regarding his late wife, one in that he implied missing her (or rather missing sex with her) because of her “Playboy Playmate” body. Frankly, I don’t think the guy has ever played with a full deck, and whether it was this tragedy that turned him that way, that may simply be sauce for the goose.

I truly wish Pete duPont had done the right thing years ago and removed this cancer from Delaware (as he could’ve done in either 1972, had he primaried Boggs, or 1984 when he retired from his two terms as Governor). Too late now as the state has gone to the dark side.
