With due respect returned, it makes a person look incredibly stupid when they bitch about things they havent even read, does it not? You may hate the way Elsie presents this info. Many seem to. But until you DO read it and critically evaluate it based on fact rather than knee jerk emotional reaction, you cannot expect to be taken seriously. One simple question to ask yourself. Do you deny what they themselves have written? But you’d first have to read it.

I have read some, and you are correct about it being more the way it is presented as well as the sheer volume of the same posts.

I was raised RC. Now I am lapsed. However most of my personal beliefs are still RC. I have a ton of problems with MR, enough to rule him out, long before his faith. But knowing what I know of it, it is another reason to vote elsewhere.

That said, Faith informs everything we do. 24/7. We may not always adhere to it, but it is always there in our mind and has an effect.

Do I think Mormons are jihadistic Muslims? No. Not at all. I believe many are great people in many ways. But I do not want them in charge of the country. In the personage of one man or the entire LDS church. Because it is my belief, based on their writings, that their intent is not one that is constitutionally viable.

Whether or not they burn in hell is not on my radar. I simply don’t care. Their beliefs are their own. And again, it’s their beliefs that are a problem for representing the country. IMO - which is all I have to offer. Well, that and my intent to vote elsewhere.

So say when Jesus the Christ said to the religious leaders of time time they were pharisees, liars and thieves.
Or maybe when Paul preached, and the people rioted.......
Trying to figure out how you think this touchy feelly thing works?
