I may be a little slow on the uptake, but I wouldn't stand in the street in front of six armed police officers with a lethal weapon and continue to yell at them and threaten to take violent action. I wouldn't ignore their calls to drop my weapon, and the only moves I would make would be to drop it, and assume the position.You know, I hear countless reports about how badly police officers treat members of the minority community. And then members of the minority community act as if they don't know what they are going to get, if they don't comply with officer's directives in life and death situations.
Oh my poor son. Oh my poor husband. Oh they were such sweet people. Oh those police officers, my boy only had a long knife in his hand, a loaded gun, a baseball bat...
I hate to be the one that has to break it to these folks, but good sweet innocent people, don't confront police officers with these things. And the people who do, we'll they catch hell for it. Who knew?
