This guy could take Larry Sinclair in unholy wedlock on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, with Reverend Wright officiating, while Mayor Rahm performed interpretative dance in a pink tutu. As the blithe and gay lovers exchanged rings handed to them by Barney Frank, Bill Ayers could blow up the Washington Monument. They could serve endangered species ragout at the reception, or Indonesian Mutt Steaks to the poor.

Two things might happen:
(1)Maya Angelou woud read a ghastly government-subsidized poem about it on Oprah, and
(2)he could be re-elected.

I do not imply the media would remain silent. Their lead story for the weekend would be that
(a)Romney wants to throw your grandmother off a cliff, or set sick old Gramps adrft on an ice flow, and
(b) Romney put a dog in a crate on top of his car.
