Yeah, I’m wondering about that too. Makes me wonder if he was splitting lanes or weaving around traffic or something similar which is why he didn’t have time to brake and had to dump the bike.
OTOH, I can say from experience, that with the influx of blacks from New Orleans after Katrina, Phoenix has become a third-world style city where people wander around in the middle of six lane streets with posted speeds of 45MPH where the actually average speed of travel is usually close to 55 and they act like they own the street.
