Dem Representative [Gauthier] Investigated For Having Sex at Rest Stop With 17 Year-Old Boy

Minnesota state Democrat Representative Kerry Gauthier is being investigated by police for reportedly having sex with a 17 year-old at a rest stop. Northland News Center reported:

Minnesota district 7B Representative Kerry Gauthier is at the center of a criminal investigation by Duluth police. This is a particularly sensitive situation right now as incumbent lawmaker Gauthier will face Republican challenger Travis Silvers in November.

Police will only confirm that Representative Gauthier involved in an incident the Thompson Hill rest stop last month.

State Patrol will confirm that one witness approached a trooper around 11 at night on July 22nd to report an incident.

The State Patrol turned the investigation over to the Duluth Police Department. Police spokespeople say they are conducting a criminal investigation but they refuse to say why Gauthier was arrested.

However well placed sources today told the Northland’s NewsCenter, the incident involved a 17 year old boy with whom Gauthier was reportedly engaged in a sexual act.

In other news, the Democrat Party has announced that homosexual encounters in public restrooms with teenagers is now part of their platform. I was startled to learn that gay activists stopped the Massachusetts Highway Patrol from policing "trendy" rest stops as far back as 1989. This meant fewer of their people were caught and discredited for higher office.

This also meant more people who were corrupt in this way (clergymen, scout masters, etc.) could rise higher in their institutions without being exposed. So the Massachusetts position helps gay activists' friends, and hurts their enemies.

Instead of posting on FR all the time, maybe people in these permissive states should organize to demand a clean-up of these "cruising" spots. It should be an easy win, even if the press isn't on your side.

Actually, the late Governor Carroll Campbell, R-SC, did that in the 1980s and was rewarded with reelection, But even SC has become more “tolerant” in the post-Thurmond years. And on top of that, we learned old Strom wasn’t what he was supposed to have been all along.

They say no money exchanged and the other person met the age of consent in MN...so I guess indecent exposure laws are no longer enforced in MN...IF YOUR A DEM LEGISLATOR.

Are residents of Proctor called Proctologists?

No, but their bishops are called proctoscopes.

In the above article, the word "incident" is repeated throughout.

The American Heritage Dictionary defines "incident" as "a usually minor event or condition that is subordinate to another".

In using "incident" the authorities and the media are deliberately downplaying the allegations. Probably a better, more neutral word would be an "occurence".

"Disaster" also comes to mind, but I'll have to wait to see how this "minor event" plays out if and when the authorities and media stop protecting this creepy liberal dude and take the lid off.

Gays like to play, and gay men like their boy toys, and Democrats understand.

That Democrats like to "understand", as amoral operators, should be a feature of their non-value system pointed out as needed to voters by the Republican state and federal caucuses. Not something left to editorialists in Duluth.

All the facts came out yesterday. The below is not disputed.

Yes the representative placed an ad for gay sex on Craig’s list. Yes he was there to have sex with the 17 year old boy. Yes they went over to the woods and did it.

No charges.

No charges.

My grandfather would have got him some by-God charges! The old man was an assistant county prosecutor in Indiana back in the 1920's .... he'd have had that pederast strung up by his codsack, with dental floss.
