Solidarity and subsidarity. The best way help our neighbor is for us to do it directly, not leave it to the community, much less to government. What is the old saying? Charity begins at home? For instance, teach you kid at home, dont leave your child in the hands of strangers. They will attempt to steal away his loyalty and your common faith.
