Perhaps further fueling speculation that Barack Obama may replace Joe Biden on the Democratic presidential ticket with, say, Hillary Clinton, take a look at part of the president's schedule for today:

Actually, I think that Obama, with Moochelle at his side, said it yesterday afternoon in Iowa.
And that leads me to believe that--especially with the meeting of the three today--he WILL replace Biden with Hillary (making some sort of SUPER sweet deal with her.)

To get what? She can’t be President in 2013, and she doesn’t want to be VP. For Hillary, the VP-slot is a means to an end ... and, in this case, it won’t get her closer to the desired end. Obama is in her way. Being his running mate doesn’t help her.
I wouldn’t put it past her to run at 70. I think she’d refuse the running-mate offer, though.

My thoughts are this:
1) Obama is sunk either way--with or without Hillary because it's just too late now given the Ryan pick, and
2) Hillary is sunk either way in taking a spot on the ticket now OR waiting for her own run in 2016 because it's just too late now given the Ryan pick. Ryan would CREAM her, Cheese Head style.
They're just sunk, period. ;-)
