Even aside from the legal aspects of this case, Disney has a huge financial incentive to keep this woman out of the public eye if she insists on wearing her Halloween costume to work. For one thing, I imagine there are hardly any traditional Muslims who include Disneyworld among their vacation destinations. Secondly, Disney's normal customer base is likely to be completely turned off if they encounter this clown during their visit.
