GABBY DOUGLAS: We didn't have time to celebrate. It was team finals and had to turn the page all-around finals and event finals after that. But, after the competition, I splurged on an Egg McMuffin at McDonald’s.
LENO: Egg McMuffin.
[Laughter]
MICHELLE OBAMA: Yeah, Gabby, we don't, don't encourage him. [Laughter] I'm sure it was on…
DOUGLAS: A salad.
OBAMA: a whole wheat McMuffin.
LENO: It was on a whole wheat bun.
OBAMA: Yeah.
LENO: So an Egg McMuffin. Very good.
[Light laughter]
OBAMA: You're setting me back, Gabby.
DOUGLAS: Sorry.
OBAMA: It's so hard.
Whoops—sorry for the double post. I went to post it a while ago, got called in to the dentist’s chair, got out and saw “communications error” so I hit post again. LOL. Dentist went gentle on me this time. A good thing. ;-). Sometimes he revs a drill when approaching from down the hall just to prank me and make me yell “oh no!” Have a good day. :-)

I[m surprised they oppose McDonalds for the black folk LOVE them some Mickey Ds.
It’s Canadian STYLE bacon, supposedly, because it’s cut in circles and it’s not cured like American style bacon. Then there’s the English Muffin, because it is absolutely nothing like a muffin in the USA.

I dunno, barrack hussain is fairly skinny. to keep the weight off, maybe mooshell should suggest to the young lady to smoke lots of pot and cigarettes like the prez.

No kidding. The gal had a line up of breakfast choices and McDonald McMuffin was OK in her book. Now three or four at a pop, ummmm can’t answer that. Not gonna try and go there. Moderation in all things, is I believe the axiom. :-)

Not to put too fine a point on it, but I would say it’s the same cut of meat, but not brine cured - and not mostly fat like American bacon. But what do I know, I only know what McDonalds has been telling me all my life.
OK, what Americans call Canadian bacon, because of McDonalds, is what you canucks call back bacon. Apparently the American style bacon is belly bacon or streaky bacon. Also, apparently what McDonalds sells isn’t back bacon at all, but slices of HAM cut in a circle.
