During that trip to Berlin in 1828, Frederic Chopin had visited the home of Prince Antoni Radziwill, provincial governor, composer and cellist, and his daughter Wanda, a pianist. In 1829, at age 19, Fred wrote this piece for the father-daughter duo. It’s a real crowd pleaser.
