I think romney is doing better than McCain did, but to do worse would be almost impossible.
I, and many others here I’m sure, think the Republicans are being too timid and feckless, and that a real conservative could wipe the floor with Obama in the election.
It seems as though the establisment is trying to be as timid, and “moderate,” as possible much of the time.
One of these two strategies is wrong. I suppose we will find out in November.
