Ultimately, their souls will be responsible for all of their actions. I also think that things will be changed when the wrong person is terrorized.

Not in Indiana and Texas! In those liberty-loving states it’s legal to shoot law enforcement to protect yourself from illegal and unwarranted entry. And when the cops use a warrant on the wrong property both states define that action as illegal and unwarranted.

Under these circumstances, they are not immune from tort action. They will be named as co-defendants in the lawsuit.
