What the Hell does India have to do with this? Were the murdered not US citizens?

Nothing against India, but are any of the countries in Asia apologizing to Rome for the rampant murder of Christians?

Is the current DC regime showing any concern for the persecution and cleansing of Christians?

India has nothing to do with it. It's just a nice way for the Indian government to get political points.

Also, this was a madman who did this, it is NOT symptomatic of some anti-sikh state in America
