That’s one reason I like to watch movies at home. I just put Emberlie down for prayers from the Missionary Oblates in San Antonio. (You, too.) Fine folks, they do a lot for the poor, as well as praying.
Elen and I have begun a new English curriculum in which, at the end, we will each have written a novel.
” Elen and I have begun a new English curriculum in which, at the end, we will each have written a novel.”
Sales of our new novels started off slowly......and then, of course, they began to taper off......
All that’s left now is to pray for Emberlie and her family. I recall when her mother was a toddler. Lotta years with that family.
BonGon, redhead and I have been friends since we were five and six, growing up like three sisters. We were always together.
The last time I went to the class reunion, (five years ago) I learned that my niece’s paternal grandfather had died, so my dressy clothing was black, dual purpose.
BonGon and I began discussing plans while I was there, and she mentioned her BIL had passed away, and she was supposed to go to the funeral. I was going to go to one as well. It seems my niece’s grandfather was BonGon’s BIL. Small world. So I guess we’re sisters, after all!
“One Year Adventure Novel” or related? My eldest went through that, and then didn’t write the novel, because he found a gap in the story that — when fixed — created some gaps in the story that — when fixed — created lots of gaps in the story that — ... he decided not to fix on the argument that attempting to patch up Swiss cheese is a fool’s errand.
I gave him an “E” for effort, and insisted that he return to it and give it more “E.”
