He aspires to be an a-hole. He hasn’t learned a thing from this.
Any manager or executive who hires him for a position with supervisory responsibilities is putting their company at risk of being embarrassed or worse if he goes off publicly again. Personally, I wouldn’t have him as a file clerk. People like him poison the work environment.

I’d be prepared to offer him exactly as much tolerance as he gives to others, but that would mean going to Goodwill and buying a used baseball bat!!
