What is more, it’s some observers believe that, lacking a solid philosophical core, once ensconced at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, President Romney might just do what seems most likely to win him a second term. If he believes success would more likely come through compromise and cutting deals, you had best believe that’s what he’ll do. (Every president does). A compromising Republican presidency might end up being worse than no presidency.

This is just a new twist on the Left’s psyops attacks to fool conservatives into believing they can stay home. That aint happenin’. These people just don't understand we are not voting FOR Romney we are voting AGAINST their hero. It is as simple as that. ROMNEY is the name on the toilet bowl handle we have to pull to flush Obama away. Nothing more; nothing less.

The only thing that bugs me about Mittens voters is that they refuse to admit that they are voting for a liberal.

They’ll give every reason why (better than voting for a communist), but they refuse to admit it. I’m somewhat swayed by their arguments but the lack of honesty throws it off.

The whole party is drunk on dumberol..

I’m loyal as a dog, but jeeese this MUST STOP..
YES I said it.. George Bush.. who by the way made Zero Obama possible..
Probably ON PURPOSE...

Sorry, but I disagree. The ONLY way another four years of Obamugabe could be mitigated would be if we had veto proof majorities in the House and Senate.

And if Obamugabe wins, that won’t happen.

Defeat the Kenyan Commie and repeal Obamacare.

The author of this piece ignores the danger Obama has done.

An 0bama win would be the last nail in the coffin for the republic. The reasons are legion.
1. Supreme court nominees
2. Unrestrained spending with debt crisis
3. Department of Injusice will act on the enemies list
4. Taxmageddon
5. IRS audits against enemies
6. Full amnesty via EO
7. Full cap and tax via EO
8. Censorship of Internet and media via EO
9. Forced unionization, eliminate secret ballot via labor board.
10.Ammo and gun restrictions via EPA, DOJ
11.Full implementation of 0-care.
12.UN implementation of agenda 21

There will no ability for conservatives to fight 0bama and the Left through political or legal means. The economy will collapse and there will be a debt crisis leading to civil unrest. At that point, it will be impossible to restore a constitutional republic. The best thing we could hope for is a coup or revolution against the Leftist tyranny with the installation of a dictatorship that allows for free markets and suppresses Leftist activity. This follows the French revolution model.

Yep, a second Buckwheat term will unite Republicans to take back the house and stop this foolishness. Oops! Republicans already control the house, and we haven’t even passed simple, no-brainer legislation to give America back their 100 watt incandescent light bulbs.

Well, you have your thesis. Now write a book. You could call it “Stupid things I Thought About in August, 2012.” It should be bestseller.

If the only concern is whether or not Republicans will ever again win elections, presidential or otherwise, then, of course the defeat of Gov. Romney won’t be a big deal!

Of course folks with “Rs” after their names will win the presidency and other offices.

The question will be, what does it mean to be a Republican?

In four years, it will be unlikely that anything close to a majority will support the repeal of DeathCare by Obama. In four years, support payments and transfer programs will be even more entrenched than they are today. In four years, our opposition to homosexual marriage will have likely been completely steamrollered, two or three additional radical socialist justices will have been appointed to the Supreme Court, and the bottom 60% of the population will permanently vote to tax the remaining 40% into relative poverty.

To win elections, Republicans will have to behave like Conservatives do in Great Britain, where the Tories must out-shout Labor in their support of the National Health Service to overcome the fear of the people that an incoming Conservative Government might actually move toward improving health care in the UK by starting to dismantle the NHS. Republicans will have to promise not to alter the progressivity of the income tax, nor to nominate Supreme Court justices to the right of Hugo Chavez.

More than any other Democrat since FDR or even Wilson, the Kenyan anti-Christ has purposefully set out a plan to transform the United States from a free and independent republic with a (still partly) free economy to a Euro-style neo-fascist, effectively a one-party, welfare state dependent on the UN or other world authority.

Yes, folks, a Mitt Romney loss would necessarily be a disaster. Not necessarily for folks who prefer the Republican label, but for folks who love freedom, who love their country, who view themselves as authentic conservatives.

I'm not much of a Romney fan, never have been. At one time or another, I supported most of his opponents. But one thing is for certain - 0bama and his crew are the main enemy. Four more years of 0bama and America won't have four more years after that - at least as a country you would recognize or want to live in.

As deficient and unattractive an option as electing Romney may be (but it is the only realistic one, really), it beats the alternative: four more years of planned destruction resulting in a Communist dictatorship or at the best, civil war.

Therefore, I find myself agreeing with the Don Rumsfeld philosophy on war...

"You go to war with the army you've got, not the army you wish you had!"

Right today, Romney is the only army we've got that stands a chance of victory.

Please, people, don't lose sight of the big picture. The only goal right now is to beat the enemy, not obtain ideological purity. That can be done later if we survive. If we don't beat 0bama all the rest is for naught. We can take care of the cleanup, tweaking, and ideological cleansing after we've rescued the country from certain doom. It sure as hell won't happen if we don't beat these fiends. It would be "game over".

This is absolute BS.Osama Obama has brought this nation to its knees...intentionally.In the 2008 campaign he specifically promised to “return the nation's wealth to its rightful owners”.In a second term, one in which he wouldn't have to worry about a single poll,a single donor campaign or a single call for impeachment,he will use it to stick the knife in by way of Executive Orders. These orders,of course, will be issued in between rounds of golf.

Two reasons this is wrong.

1) Once Obamacare goes into effect, it will never be fully repealed. No government program ever does. Future debates will be over how to reform it so it "works better", not over getting rid of it (see Social Security and Medicare).

2) There are at least four Supreme Court justices over 70 years old, including Scalia, Thomas, Ginsburg and Kennedy. While I have no guarantee Romney would pick true conservatives, I have an ironclad guarantee that Obama would pick true left-wing progressives (see Kagan and Sotomayor).

In other words, Romney may not be the conservative president we have been wanting, but he is not a European Socialist. And anyone who says there is no difference between Romney and Obama is fooling themselves.

It is time for all the ‘it’s ok to lose this election’ crap to end. I do not like Romney. I do like America. I do not want to see a second Obama term. That would be an unmitigated disaster.

Do you need a refresher? The President makes Judicial appointments. Unless we have a Senate majority of non-RINO conservative senators, we will get what we diserve if Obama is making those appointments.

There are many other differences...do you want four more years of Obama’s ‘Czars’? They are doing terrible damage to this country. And there is NO Congressional oversight.

Do you want more ‘Executive Orders’ that undermine the Constitution...that undermine all that America is supposed to be...that was laid out by the Founders for those of us to follow?

Think Keystone pipeline...think Gulf drilling...think all that this president does, has done and will do more of if he is reelected. Total disaster. The Chinese are about to lock up the oil that would have been ours if the Keystone pipeline were built (on schedule).

It is not about a Mitt Romney loss. It is about a Barack Obama win. Do not let it happen.

A Mitt Romney loss wouldn’t necessarily be a disaster

I think a catastrophe is a bit worse than a disaster...

If for any reason Bork Obunga should be re-elected, everything we've ever known will be gone. There will not be any pieces lying around four years down the road for somebody five or ten percent more conservative than Mitt Romney to try to pick up or put back together, it will be

OVER

.

What will ensue will be another dark age, one of those periods of two or three or four centuries for which no archaeological evidence exists and at the end of which, any humans who might still be alive come crawling out of caves and try to reconstruct how to make fire.

People who write this tripe are political imbeciles. On the issues of Judges alone, the damage another 4 years of Obama appointed judges would do for the next two generations to our Republic would be incalculable.
