He also was tying up a business demanding something for free — a glass of water. The only thing that I feel sorry about is that he’s so stupid that he thought he could get away with this stunt. Kudos to his former employer for firing him. He’s not the type of person they should want to represent their business, and they recognized it.
I really think that was the deciding factor. That and the fact his association with them became public knowledge. It was too easy to look up. They couldn't afford to be associated with him. It made them look bad as well.
Everywhere I've worked, drinking water has been provided. No need to go off the job for it.
