You just knew he'd be in the running.
Mike Malloy, a left-winger so unhinged he was given the boot by Air America Radio, has uncorked a rant unsettling even for him. (audio clip after page break)
Libtalker Has Complete Meltdown Over Record-Setting Chick-Fil-A Turnout
In a trademark two-minute hate, Malloy vented about Chick-fil-A customers turning out by the thousands to show support for the fast-food chain's president, Dan Cathy, an evangelical Christian who opposes gay marriage --
MALLOY: Mike Huckabee, this Rupert Murdoch terror broadcast thug, declared today to be Chick-fil-A appreciation day! When in your lifetime, boys and girls, have you ever shown your appreciation to a company whose president stands for bigotry, hate, contempt, lies, religious nonsense? 'Well, Mike, I didn't say any of that, I just said' -- no, shut up and sit down! Yes, you did say that! Uggghhh!
Huckabee urged Americans to show their appreciation for this bigotry with their wallets! Yes, goddamit, down with the queers! Ain't no queer ever going to get married in America! Buy a chicken sandwich! This is insanity, this is crazy! This is -- this is -- the inmates have burst out of the asylum! Give me a chicken sandwich in the name of Je-sus! Give me a chicken sandwich to stop the queers! Give me a chicken sandwich, uh, to let the world know that I, I think, I'm goin' have a heart attack -- give me a chicken sandwich because queers shouldn't get married! Give me some waffle fries! Give me one of them peach milkshakes!
Amen, by God, amen, ain't no queer ever going to get married as long as I can buy a chicken sandwich! You morons! You thick-headed idiotic morons! Oh my God! Some people lined up in the summer heat, lines all around the building to get inside a store, while others waited in cars as far as the eye could see for a chance to place their order at the drive-through window. Hi, I'm a lard ass! And I'm here to stop the queers! Give me two chicken sandwiches! I'm going to eat here every day 'til either I die or we have a Defense of Marriage Act, goddammit, marriage is under assault here! Give me a chicken sandwich, give me another one! Dumb-assery at its peak! People lined up to buy chicken sandwiches! Ughh!
Malloy once again epitomizing broad left-wing toleration for an exceedingly narrow diversity of views.
That’s a very sad story. My sympathies.
It is perfectly obvious, at least to me, that tolerance is not what they want. As can be seen by the reaction to the rather tame comments of Mr. Chicken, they will insist on having all opposition banished from polite society. Once that has been accomplished, they will start demanding ritual public expressions of approval.
Why did you state is as factual?
Then turn around a lie about it?
BTW, what is the source of your anger?
NO anger, I detest liars though. Nice try at deflection too.
How exactly does ignoring the very real probable move of public opinion towards favoring gay marriage help the cause of opposition?
There is no doubt that there is an attempt to change public opinion though the intitutional foundations of our Country, been going on for years.
What the problem here is you misrepresented a poll as being true, then casted doubts on it later on the same thread, and you are squirming like a snake because you got called on it.
Re: Liar.
Would you care to have a discussion about which of us posted statistics that vary more from the truth?
Your original claim, to which I responded, was that 99% of Americans agreed with Mr. Chicken.
I responded, quoting a poll, which is at least something resembling evidence, that today 48% of Americans favor it, with 44% opposed.
Which do you think is closer to the truth, 99% or 44%?
Which claim is “a lie?”
Why has every one of your posts to me been angry and insulting, even while I have responded with courtesy?
Oh please; not the WaPo as a source of believable BS!
And then you admit you think the poll could be biased later in the thread after you posted it as fact to back up your agenda.
LOL!
This idiot must own the radio station. Otherwise, how does he stay on the air.
It’s ironic he’s on the air exercising his right to free speech while he condemns someone else for doing the same. We must not allow these people to think this is about gay marriage. It’s about not agreeing with gay marriage.
And by the way, I’m convinced anyone for gay marriage wants to be in one.
If it makes you happy, here is the same poll as reported by Fox News.
http://www.foxnews.com/us/2012/07/31/poll-65-percent-democrats-support-gay-marriage/
Don’t worry about the erstwhile Mr. Smith. He’ll be hailed as a ‘Hero of the Revolution’ by his comrades-in-arms. He will essentially become a martyr for the cause. He will most likely become a ‘commentator’ or an ‘ANALyst’ for some major network or left-wing nuthouse........
I imagine they feel like they just met this guy.
Can you read?
And you stated that as fact in your earlier post?
LOLOLOL!
[ Pew polls are so slanted to the left that if you put an object on Pews results, it would almost immediatley plunge downward in a straight line.
They were predicting North Carolina would approve gay marriage, but it lost in a landslide 61 to 39. ]
Of course all polls are pro gay it has been hammered into the people that if they are against Gay marriage they are “bigots”, so when a pollster asks them they will say they support it, however in the privacy of the voting booth they will flip the lever the other way.
It is about as accurate as asking a soviet citizen what they think of communism in the 1980’s. When the camera is tolling they will say how they kiss a picture of Lenin every morning, off camera they will tell you in a hushed tone that the kiss is them spitting on it.
According to a recent Pew poll, 48% of Americans, a majority for the first time, support gay marriage, with 44% opposed. That's a 9% increase in support in 4 years. http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/post-partisan/post/pew-poll-shows-rising-support-for-gay-marriage/2012/07/31/gJQAJsLSNX_blog.html
Read through the thread, it gets interesting.
Well, here’s another source and another poll showing the same
movement towards gay marriage.
Texas Baptist Newjournal from 2010. Is this a liberally biased source in your opinion?

It’s funny actually that the gays and liberals are imploding and proving just what a bunch of intolerant bigots THEY really are.
I’m laughing my butt off at how they are showing their true face to America and damaging their own efforts to make religion hated and homosexual behavior embraced.
As more and more Americans wake up to the filth being pushed by the gaystoppo and liberal Nazis they will sour on the lefts agenda and I hope that it makes America move to the right.
I'll take the chicken sandwich any day.
At least I don't have to worry about it following the kids to the restroom...
You can even trust chicken sandwiches around your football team!
Yes, I can read.
In fact, I am capable of reading more than just a headline.
From the Fox story, “Overall, Americans remain closely divided on same-sex marriage. The new Pew poll found 48 percent in favor and 44 percent opposed, virtually unchanged from a survey in April before to Obama’s announcement.”
Which is, of course, exactly what the Post story said. 65% of Democrats are in favor, 51% of independents and 29% of Republicans, which equates to 48% of general population. Obviously, most of those who post here are Republicans, or at least conservatives, so this group is not a representative sample at all.
(Must I insert a specific caveat that this is what the poll says, not necessarily the actual factual truth, or are those reading this capable of making that common sense leap of reason themselves, without having it carefully pointed out to them?)
None of those challenging me have posted evidence showing that there is NOT a movement in public opinion towards acceptance of gay marriage.
It’s up for voting in four states this fall. I’ll be very surprised (and happy) if it doesn’t pass in at least one of those states. As I’ve said several times, I think the public is wrong on this issue, or is at least moving towards being wrong.
Do what I do. Whenever there is a liberal on TV and that included that arrogant, lazy lying pos occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. I hit the mute button on my remote control. Just because they have free speech, doesn’t mean I have to listen to them
You got busted then lied.
Admit it.
I understand you are reporting poll results, biased though the poll might be.
It may have been changing, but despite the 'cuteness' of the 25% homo 'couples' on HGTV looking for houses, and the obligatory sitcom 'gays', the stock slide at JC Penny since mom and pop America got slapped in the face with two mommy/two daddy ads can't be ignored, and now that the owner of a Chicken sandwich chain is being attacked for, well, expressing the same values most Americans harbor, the battle lines are drawn.
It isn't about being trendily nice to people of a different persuasion any more, it's about keeping your kid out of the showers with predators, and the cute and shiny facade of the 'lifestyle' is beginning to fall away and expose the virulent projections of self-hatred festering beneath the public persona of their movement.
People are beginning to realize that 'victim' groups are not just asking for parity, but for the destruction of those not like them--those they see as their 'victimizers'--and that means that people are beginning to see the threat beneath.
The ugliness being expressed toward fine, hardworking folks (some of whom might even be homosexuals working at a franchise) is exposing the hate behind the 'victimhood', a hatred harbored for the majority of normal and productive members of American society.
Don't expect all this to win any polling points for the homos. You lose the ability to feel sorry for people who are attacking you, and the attack and the virulence behind it are becoming increasingly evident, breaching the boundaries of 'tolerance' by demanding 'approval', and responding with vitriol when that approval isn't forthcoming.
